What to Expect in a Session?
During a Reiki session at Goumukh Ayurveda, you will remain fully clothed while resting comfortably. Our practitioner will lightly place their hands on or just above specific areas of your head, torso, and back. Most patients report feeling a warm, glowing radiance that flows through and around them, leaving them in a state of deep peace.
