Treatments such as Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, and Reiki work differently for every individual. We do not guarantee a 100% "cure" within a specific timeframe, as recovery depends on the patient's age, lifestyle, and adherence to the prescribed routine.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp (+91-8448217564), or phone.
• Rescheduling: Please inform us at least 4 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule your session.
• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows without prior intimation may lead to a restriction on future bookings.
• Home Visits: For Home Visiting Physiotherapy, the patient must ensure a safe and conducive environment for the therapist.

4. Payment & Refunds

All fees for consultations and therapies are to be paid at the time of the session or in advance for packages. Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
• Refunds for unused sessions in a therapy package are subject to management approval and may incur a processing fee.
